All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

DUIT currently delivers across India. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. You can track your package in real time using the provided link.

Open Box Delivery Policy

To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, DUIT may offer Open Box Delivery on selected orders.

Customers are requested to open the package in front of the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
This inspection is only to confirm that the correct clothing item has been delivered and the package is not physically damaged.
If the item is missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged, customers must inform the delivery agent immediately and refuse acceptance.
Once the order is accepted after inspection, claims for missing items may not be applicable.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers must ensure that shipping details are accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
